- How long does an order take?
- Pre-orders take 3 to 4 weeks because of the time it takes for the fabric to get to me. Outfits from fabric already on hand are ready in under 7 business days. You will see an estimated ready date when you order.
- Can I pick up locally?
- Yes! Bailey is in Hays, KS. Choose porch pickup at checkout and you will get an email when your order is ready.
- What if I chose pickup but need it shipped after all?
- No problem. Bailey will send you an invoice for shipping before it goes out.
- What kind of fabric do you use?
- Everything is made with stretchy fabric: soft on little ones' skin, breathable, and able to bend and move just like they do.
- My kid is in between sizes. What do you recommend?
- This is the best thing about handmade clothes: we customize it to fit your child perfectly. The best way to make sure it fits is to measure your child. Otherwise, you are welcome to mix sizes, for example bell bottoms with 4T length and a 3T waist.
- Can I return an item or get a refund?
- Every item is made to order, so there are no returns or refunds. If you need to cancel, message Bailey within 5 hours of ordering.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is $7, or spend $75 and it ships free.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- Yes! Please just message Bailey and she will get you taken care of.
- Can you make custom outfits for birthdays or special events?
- Absolutely! Reach out and we can find the perfect fabric. There is a $70 minimum purchase on custom fabric.
- What happens if my package is lost?
- Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off it is out of my control. I am not responsible for replacing outfits lost in the mail. You can file a missing package claim with the postal service.
- What if I don't pay my invoice?
- You have 24 hours to pay your invoice, or it may be deleted and you may be removed from the group.
